Times a ticking ….
Yep that’s it … times a tickin away at the last few days of our Fall/Winter Catalog … consultants are already booking and holding parties to debut the new Spring/Summer catalog release and yes sad to say the end of some great stamp sets and accessories leaving the line. What better way to bring in the new and help usher out the old of the year then to schedule my first of many workshops.
I’ve been locked in my craft room (yes … my very own craft room) thank goodness for teenagers who want a space of their own cuz then it gives Mom a place for hers. I’ve been organizing and unpacking from the move and finally got things in arms reach when I’m creating. And oh the ideas that I have. I am certain that you all with be blown away with what I’ve come up with ….. but no peeking yet (shhhhhhh) the unveiling is coming soon and I promise you won’t be disappointed.
This time no floundering in piles of paper, so searching thru bins of brads or bows …. and yes most of all no guessing at the size paper is to be cut .. it will all be ready and waiting for you. So push up your sleeves, watch for your invitation to arrive in the mail and dust off your supplies cuz its time to craft again in 2008. I’m anxious to see you and even more anxious to show you whats new at Stampin Up and what to look forward to … so be patient its almost here !!
Christmas Eve
T’was the night before Christmas and all thru my house .. the stamp pads and paper rested near the computer mouse ~ The dogs were all nestled with Marisa nearby .. so I was left creating with a much keener eye ~ My ideas took note of what soon was to be .. of classes and workshops in circles of three ~ We will all come together - laugh and create .. and at times some of us will be up very late ~ But with help from other crafters and the memories we hold dear .. we will come home with pages and pages thats clear ~ Stamp pads ready and oh the cards we will make .. for lovers, saint pats, and those with some cake ~ With all that decided, and the sketches all made - I left in my jammies and pulled down all the shades ~ Yet not to take lightly or forgotten tonite .. for its Christmas O Christmas - this very night.
So I wish you all peace and best wishes to find ~ blessings and memories at this holiday time. From the roof tops we heard with such glee and good cheer ~ the sounds of St Nick oh so loud and so clear ….. Merry Christmas to All and to All a Good Night !

Happy Winter

Well here I am and welcome to the first of many posts to my blog. I can’t wait to start sharing with you ideas and my artwork. It’s just been a few days ago my starter kit arrived - I couldn’t wait to get it that I met the UPS driver midway down the driveway and said ‘ oh I can take that.’ Politely he replied, "thats okay ma’am I’ll take it to the door for you." Would you say I was excited or what. Duh ….
So no sooner do I have my starter kit and the snow dumps on us so here I am alittle early announcing the start of yet another long winter in Michigan. But don’t get discouraged, before long I’ll be posting classes and workshops and gatherings that will be filling my calendar. So don’t be a slow poke ~ call me today and see what day I can set aside for you. I’m looking forward to teaching, sharing, and offering incentives in booking a gathering with me.
